  1. Breast Implant Surgery (Using silicone breast implants, saline Breast implants or gummy bear breast implants)
  2. Undergoing for Fat grafting breast augmentation or enlargement.

1. In Breast Implant Surgery:  the surgeon makes a cut (incision) within the bottom crease of the breast/ the armpit, or along the lower fringe of the areola to make sure the right placement of the implant . The surgeon carefully adjusts the implant to the right shape and position. Then the incision is closed with stitches or suture. The implant could also be placed under the breast tissue or under the chest muscle beneath the breast. However, the well-liked placement is when the implant is placed under the chest muscle since the danger for capsular contracture (hardening of tissue round the implant) is significantly lowered and also doesn't interfere much with mammography.

2. Fat grafting for breast augmentation consists of two separate procedures that are performed on an equivalent day.

The First Step Procedure: Removing Fat Tissue: you're injected with local anesthesia around your breast area to make sure it's a painless procedure. The surgeon then uses a hand-held device to manually remove fat tissue from areas of your body where fat is undesirable (These parts can include your thighs, belly, and buttocks)

The Second Step Procedure: Fat Tissue Is Injected Into Breasts: The fat tissue which is extracted would now be processed. The unwanted components like blood, oil, and water are filtered and only the fat cells are retained. These fat cells (tissue) are grafted into the breast area which needs augmentation with the assistance of very fine needles.
